We offer free shipping worldwide using the Swedish postal service PostNord. All payments must be received before shipment. You will receive a tracking number of the item after the shipment in your email. Please make sure to check your spam folder well. We usally deliver in 7-14 business days after your order. Please feel free to email us any question about shipment.
International customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival in the destination country.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For an item to be returned it needs to be unused and undamaged. The items need to be in the original packaging.
Please inspect your order upon reception, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong please contact us immediately so that we may evaluate the issue and correct it.
Refunds will not be given without first requesting a return beforehand.
Please note that each product is handmade, slight variations from others of the same design are part of the unique character of the work. Metals, stones, and other materials may vary in color from the image.

925 sterling silver naturally oxidizes when exposed to air, and may become discolored by liquids from the skin. Use a polish cloth or silver bath to maintain the finish.
All the jewlery with an oxidize layer will with time naturally fade. This can give it a more lighter color from when you first purchased the jewelry.
